The game is really very simple, but you will need to be familiar with some of the terminology used to best understand how low bid auctions work - check out our Terms Legend for more help on this. You should also check out our quick lowest unique bid video which explains the concept of our lowest unique bid online auctions.
OK, so we'll start at the beginning and walk through the simple stages of the auctions so that you can join in with everyone else on BidBudgie…
Create an account with us, then click the link in the email we send to you and receive your FREE welcome bonus. Login and browse the BidBudgie website to find an auction that takes your fancy from our many categories and click on the Bid Star to view the game for your chosen item.
Choose the bidding method that suits you the most from these 3 options:
Place a single bid by entering your bid amount into the pounds and pence boxes in the left-hand pane, than clicking the Bid Star
Place multiple bids by clicking the 'add more' link to show more boxes in the left-hand pane. You can add up to 5 bids using this method.
Simply enter the amounts that you'd like to bid and click on the Bid Star to place all of the bids in one go.
Place multiple bids using our clever 'Multi-Bid-Picker'. Click on the Multi-Bid-Picker button to open up the clever tool and show all of the bids available on the item and place your bids. The blue ticks identify the bids you have already placed and the light pink buttons show you which bids you are about to place.
When you're happy with your selection, click the Bid button on the left of the page to confirm your bids.
Place as many bids as you like in one transaction, aiming to have the lowest unique bid - as shown below:
The entire concept of our online auctions is to aim for the Lowest Unique Bid - after all, it's the lowest unique bid that wins the auction!
Revisit the site regularly to check the status of your bids. You'll want to check where you are in relation to others within the All Bids table and place additional bids if you are not the lowest unique bidder.
Games end when the BidBar is full AND the countdown reaches 0. The countdown will reset if it reaches 0 before the BidBar is full. Hold the Lowest Unique Bid at the end of the game to win!
